The Founding Partners

Sameer Dubey is from an Investment Banking background and has a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Development Economics from Babson College. He started his career with Merrill Lynch but betting on the future of the Internet and emerging technologies, he became a high-tech venture investor in 1997. He developed the global dynamic auctioning platform HANRAN and ikong, an Internet based c2c auction site for the college community.

Prasanna Kabra has an advanced degree in Computer Science. He has held senior positions with IT Industry leaders such as IBM, Data General and First Call (Thompson Financial). He was the technological brain behind HANRAN and ikong.

Amit Jhamvar is from an Investment Banking background and has a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and MIS from Babson College. He too finds his roots at Merrill Lynch and has been making Internet and technology venture investments since 1997. He co-developed HANRAN and ikong.

Qusai Kathawala holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and Duke University. He started his career at Priceline, a blue chip US Internet company, as a revenue management and modeling analyst. He was a member of the founding team of WebHouse Club, the largest US grocery pricing system.
